49ers vs. Packers inactives: Carlos Rogers is out

The 49ers and Packers announced their inactives before Sunday's game. Carlos Rogers (hamstring) is out for the game after he didn't practice all week long. Tarell Brown will start at CB for the first time since injuring his ribs in Week 11 against the New Orleans Saints.

Eric Wright (hamstring) and Dan Skuta (foot) are both active for the 49ers as they were listed as questionable on the injury report.

For the Packers, Clay Matthews (thumb) is inactive as expected when Mike McCarthy ruled him out earlier this week. Two of the Packers inactives once spent time with the 49ers organization. They are Scott Tolzien and Chris Harper.
