49ers practice report: Carlos Rogers was limited

The 49ers had all 53 players in practice on Thursday afternoon. Carlos Rogers practice for the first time in two weeks on Wednesday as a limited participant. Vic Fangio said he participated lightly, but they cautiously shut him down for Wednesday.

Justin Smith and Jonathan Goodwin both returned from their weekly days off. For Seattle, Percy Harvin did not practice while Jordan Hill (groin) was limited.
