The 49ers and Jaguars released their injury reports on Friday with most players expected to be ready for Sunday. Quinton Patton (fractured foot) is the only player on the 49ers 53-man roster that will not be available. For the 49ers, everyone is expected to play on Sunday with Patton being the only exception.
Jacksonville's only questionable player on the list is WR Stephen Williams (Achilles). Williams did not practice on Friday.
Justin Blackmon (hamstring) did not practice on Friday, but is listed as probable. Other Jaguars who are probable include LB Russell Allen (ribs), DE Andre Branch (knee), WR Stephen Burton (concussion), S Johnathan Cyprien (calf), QB Blaine Gabbert (hamstring), CB Dwayne Gratz (ankle), S Winston Guy (back), DT Sen'Derrick Marks (knee), DT Roy Miller (shoulder), DE Jeremy Mincey (concussion), WR Ace Sanders (concussion) and WR Cecil Shorts (shoulder).
