The 49ers fan was declared dead before an ambulance arrived to take him to the hospital.
While the identity of the 49ers fan that died at San Francisco's Candlestick Park during the NFL game between the 49ers and Green Bay Packers has not been made public, he is believed to be a man in his 30s.
