Instead of dreading the excess poundage put on by holiday eating, fight back with the 400 calorie fix. Go ahead and indulge for the holidays, but include the 400 calorie fix diet plan for a few days before the holidays, or directly after.
Basically, the 400 calorie fix says that you can eat a sensible breakfast, a piece of fruit for lunch, and a light salad for dinner.
