400 calorie fix to make it through the holidays

Instead of dreading the excess poundage put on by holiday eating, fight back with the 400 calorie fix. Go ahead and indulge for the holidays, but include the 400 calorie fix diet plan for a few days before the holidays, or directly after.

Basically, the 400 calorie fix says that you can eat a sensible breakfast, a piece of fruit for lunch, and a light salad for dinner.  Examples include: You eat a granola bar in the morning, a tiny salad at noon and an orange for dinner. Of course you are allowed to take a sip of your favorite beverage to make the total to 400 calories. Mind you- diet free beverages only.
