Two diets. One goal in mind. The claim behind both the 400 Calorie diet and the Kardashian sisters' Quick Trim diet is a promise to drop weight quick.
For the 400 Calorie diet, celeb endorsed by talk show host Rachael Ray, Prevention magazine's test panel claims they lost 10 pounds and 15 inches of fat in 2 weeks.
In the quest for a smaller waist line via QuickTrim, the Kardashian sisters both endorsed the weight loss supplement with sister Kim saying, "I'm slimmer than ever and still eating food I love!" while Khloe (shown above, right) shared with mags that she had shed 20 pounds in four weeks - Eventually topping off the scale with 30 pounds lost on the diet.

With these two diets taking the top in internet purchase and search demands, here's a side-by-side comparison of the 400 Calorie and Quick Trim diets.
400 Calorie Fix Diet (aka 400 Calorie Diet)
- For each meal, total whatever you eat to 400 calories. Repeat four times a day. For a typical day on the diet, click here.
- The diet focuses on portion control and calorie counting so even while you may choose McDonald's for one of your meals, as long as you stick to 400 calories per meal you'll burn weight as fuel.
- A 400-recipe book guides you through options, including fast food choices (which may also be considered a con since fast food rarely supplies full nutrients from a balanced, whole food diet)
The Kim and Khloe Kardashian Quick Trim diet
- 14-day supply of Quick Trim. Take two QuickTrim AM pills in the morning upon waking, two more in the afternoon and two QuickTrim PM pills in the evening before going to bed.
- The morning supplements aid in boosting the metabolism, aiding in energy increase and help to control hunger and cravings. The evening dose helps to burn fat during the night and assists in shedding unwanted water weight and bloat. The formula also includes herbs to aide in a better night's sleep.
- Eat a balanced diet full or protein and veggies, consisting of 5 meals a day (three meals and two snacks) and follow suggested fitness routine. For more on the Kardashians' run with Quick Trim, click here.
