The Bookworm bookstore in Omaha is the place to meet three local authors Sunday, as books on Creighton basketball, Warren Buffett, and lions at the zoo will be featured.

Steve Pivovar of the Omaha World-Herald, author of a book about Rosenblatt Stadium, has a new book, "Road to the Big Time: A Century-Long Dream Leads Creighton to the Big East." At 1 p.m. Sunday he will be reading from the book and signing books at the bookstore at 8702 Pacific Street. Creighton is in the early stages of a season in which, with returning all-Amercan Doug McDermott, the Jays seems poised to be a win at least a game or two in the NCAA Tournament.

Also Sunday at the Bookworm, local author Steve Jordon will present his book about Warren Buffett.

On Monday at 6:30 at the Abrahams branch of the Omaha Public Library, essayist Lisa Knopp will read from her newest book.
