Paleo has been popular since it was first made public. Many love it because it is simple, avoiding a select food groups, and eating from a food list. This diet makes it simple to eat with your family, and promises if you follow it as directed you will shed a ton of weight. How the diet works is you eat exactly as a caveman would have eaten. Cereals, rice, and other processed foods are a definite now. Megan Fox is a faithful Paleo follower.
Weight Watchers is a great food plan, because you eat real foods and do not leave any food group out. The program works by counting points (each food is a set amount of calories). Each member is assigned allotted a set amount of points to use each day. Experts claim this is a good sound way to eat, because it encourages a healthy natural diet. Patsy Kensit loves the Weight Watcher program.
This diet is making its waves lately. There has been a lot of publicity about how effective it is. How the plan works is you eat normally for five days a week, and two days you fast, essentially. On fasting days, you eat only 500-600 calories. This diet is becoming one of the most popular diets of the year. A tip: Pick up a 5:2 diet cookbook, and enjoy a gourmet meal, even on the strict fasting days. Jennifer Aniston and Beyonce love the freedom the 5:2 diet gives them.
In the clean eating plan, you stick to unprocessed and natural foods. This diet bans artificial sweeteners, processed foods, and encourages natural foods. The idea is that a cut up apple when eaten looks like what is suppose to, however, when you eat a potato chip, for example, it is heavy processed and does not resemble the potato it came from originally. There is no exact science to this diet. The objective is to eat as natural and the least amount of processed foods as possible. Tony Horton, the Beach Body fitness trainer, recommends a 90 percent clean diet. He stated this will allow you to still eat a few junk foods if you wish. Hugh Grant and Holly Valance both advocate clean eating as a great diet plan.
