At this point in our nation's history, it is going to take bold leadership in order to stop this train from going over a cliff. Major party candidates continuing to offer, at most, a little tapping on the brakes here and there is just not going to stop this train from continuing in a dangerous direction toward imminent destruction.
It is going to take courageous candidates filled with enough political incorrectness to tell the American people the ugly truths and propose to absolutely slam on the brakes! Then, they must have the knowledge necessary to know that we must reverse this train all the way back to complete adherence to our constitution. This is the only way to ever be able to change tracks and get back onto the path of freedom that was originally intended for our states and our nation to be riding on.
Any such candidate needs to have conducted extensive research in order to even know the real dangers that we are facing. It is not enough to just be a nice guy/gal with good intentions, we have many of those in office already. Most have repeatedly proven that they can be easily led around by major party leadership into casting disastrous votes further eroding our liberties. Not knowing the dangers at this point, should not be an acceptable excuse. A willingness to continue assaults on our Bill of Rights should convey that they are not even qualified to take their oaths of office in the first place.
We need courageous leaders willing to step up to the plate. I recently caught up with such a bold candidate. He is running for Governor of Nevada with the Independent American Party (IAP) which is nationally affiliated with the Constitution Party. His name is David Lory VanDerBeek.
I had the opportunity of conducting an extensive interview with Mr. VanDerBeek for Freedom's News Hour. He proved to be very knowledgeable about the true dangers of what our nation and his state are facing. He clearly demonstrated that he does not believe in sugar-coated political correctness (making lies sound good) and instead aims to continually expose the ugly truths to the voters of Nevada. He intends to then rely on faith and let the chips fall where they may in the upcoming election.
David describes himself as a family man with a wife and 5 children. By profession, he is a licensed marriage and family counselor.
In his last run for office in 2012, he officially received approximately 60,000 votes despite obvious election fraud perpetrated against his campaign. Some voters reported to the campaign that his name was not even listed on the sample ballots they had received prior to the election. Later, when they attempted to vote for him on election day, he was not listed in many of the voting machines, even though he was an official statewide candidate. In light of these fraudulent actions against his candidacy coupled with an easily corruptible computerized vote count, it is impossible to know how many voters of Nevada would have voted for him or actually did vote for him in 2012.
David is a serious candidate and touts a 56-point position platform on his campaign website. If you agree with even half of these proposed reforms and they were to be implemented, Nevada could be transformed into one of the freest and most prosperous states in the union. Alaska - J.R. Myers, Alaska Constitution Party candidate for Governor
Ohio – Charlie Earl, Libertarian Party candidate for Governor
Virginia – Robert Sarvis, Libertarian Party candidate for Governor. The Independent Political Report cites a recent Zogby poll showing Sarvis already polling at an impressive 12.7%.
West Virginia – Phil Hudok, Constitution Party candidate for US Senate
Wyoming – Jennifer Young, Constitution Party candidate for Secretary of State
