For the third year now, Jack Hirschman curated a contest-driven selection process of the finest poets in each of San Francisco's 11 dictricts. The results are published in an anthology which can be found here, and the winning poets gathered at the Koret Auditorium of the main library on Saturday, May 8 to read their poems. Do enjoy!

I'm in the process of uploading videos from this past week's Writers With Drinks, The Rumpus, Bawdy Storytelling, Why There Are Words, Literary Death Match, Bang Out, and Instant City.
That has all happened since Poets 11 (between May 8 and May 17!)
So the calendar needs attention. But hopefully tonight!
Anger Management is tomorrow night!
So is InsideStoryTime!

Thank you so much for doing this! I sincerely appreciate your time and generosity in putting this together. I'm a bit You Tube-challenged, and can't find your e-mail/contact link, so I hope you see this comment.
Thank you, Evan, for posting these. I am a middle school teacher, and my students are wild about Mr. Brain making You Tube. My friends who are baseball aficianados really appreciate the Negro League tribute.
Hi Lyzette and Jeff,
I really enjoyed your readings and am happy to share. Keep up the good work!
