On Saturday, June 7, 2014, Join us at the John Fielder Colorado Photography Gallery, who is hosting the 3rd Annual “Party for Prevention,” benefitting the Colorado Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).
John Fielders’ Gallery, is a 6,000 ft. building, located right in heart of Denver’s Art District on Santa Fe Drive. As you browse the gallery full of stunning photographic works by John Fielder and the many silent auction items you will enjoy Hors d’ oeuvres and refreshments, wine assorted beers and sodas and dessert as a live string quartet entertains you. The silent auction items include: Hotel, Restaurant, Sports Yoga and Starbucks packages, Wine and Grill Baskets, Segway Tours and Personal Training Sessions.
You can also place your bid on a beautiful print, “Rosey Paintbrush,” which was taken in the Mt. Zirkel Wilderness Area. The bidding for this framed 18” X 23” print by John Fielder is starting at $250.00 and would be a wonderful addition to anyone’s home art collection.
There will be staff and information available on Suicide and Suicide Prevention which exemplifies the mission of the Colorado Chapter of the AFSP. At 7:30 pm there will be a presentation reviewing the chapters’ activities and efforts of last year.
The event will start at 6:00 pm. The presentation on the past year’s activities and prevention efforts will be at 7:30. The event will end at 9:00 pm.
