'360 Wellness Fair' presented at Northwestern Hospital

Northwestern Memorial Hospital's Alberto Culver Health Learning Center will host a wellness fair event on April 29, 2014 from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, 254 E. Huron Street, 3rd floor, Chicago. The event will feature Northwestern experts, who will have breakout sessions on a wide range of health care topics. There is a $10 registration fee which include materials, goodie bags, refreshments and discount parking. Exhibits at the fair will include: Walgreens, Center for Lifestyle Medicine, Northwestern Memorial Physicians Group, Alberto Culver Health Learning Center, Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center, Department of Dermatology, and Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute. Breakout session will consist of discussions on back and neck pain, latest diet trends and myths debunked, secrets from skin experts, stroke recognition and prevention, how to develop stability, strength and balance in your life, health food for thought, ask the pharmacist and mindful moments in meditation.

The 360 Approach to Health and Happiness Fair will help to empower you to look beyond treatment and help in gaining confidence in your own personal goals. This event promotes healthy behavior beyond just your home environment, it will help you carry good health behavior in the work place and during your varies outside activities.
