32 providers lined up for 'A Taste of Albany'

A lineup of 32 food and beverage purveyors has been created for the annual "A Taste of Albany" culinary showcase.

The event, which will include live entertainment, live and silent auctions as well as food sampling, will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 1, at the New York State Museum's Terrace Gallery

Tickets are $75 per person, and $150 for honorary committee membership. They are available online. Proceeds from the event go to the Interfaith Partnership for the Homeless.

Participants from across the Capital Region: Albany Pump Station, Angelo's 677 Prime, A Perfect Blend Cafe, Barcelona Restaurant, Brown’s Brewing Company, The Chocolate Gecko, Druthers Brewing Company, El Mariachi, The Ginger Man, Grappa ‘72, Healthy Café, Honest Weight Food Co-Op, Kate's Cakes, Make Me a Cake Next Door, Mingle, New World Bistro and Bar, The Old Daley Inn Catering Company, One Six Five, Pasta Pane Rustic Italian Bistro;

Also, Pie in the Sky Bakery, Portofino's Italian Ristorante, Roma Foods, The Ruck, Short and Stout Tea Company, Terra, Shoprite Supermarkets, The Soul Kitchen, Sweet Sues, Wandering Dago, We Do Fondue, Wolf's 1-11 and Yono's.
