Celebrate the last few days of National Italian Heritage Month with Chef Luca Corazzina of 312 Chicago.
Savor the distinctive flavors of his home region, Veneto, with a four-course dinner and wine pairing representative of the regions’ native cuisine, at 312 Chicago on October 30 at 7pm.
Veneto is one of Italy’s northernmost regions, lying along the coast of the Adriatic sea. Much of the cuisine is based on fresh harvested seafood, the mainland’s rich meats, vegetables and polenta. A native of Padova, Italy, Chef Luca’s special pre-fixe menu will pay homage to his hometown with four courses heavily influenced by Veneto’s rich heritage.
