For the 30th year running, the Cape Cod Chowder Festival will wow and please Cape Cod locals, Bostonians coming to visit for the weekend, and out-of-towners fortunate to land on this steamy and creamy culinary goldmine.
This year, the festival will feature:
"TWELVE CHOWDERS FROM ACROSS THE CAPE…ALL IN ONE PLACE…ALL COMPETING FOR ONE OF THE MOST COVETED TITLES IN THE WORLD OF FOOD…THE BEST CHOWDER ON CAPE COD!"
and will be hosted by Cape Cod's finest radio station, WCOD, and held at the Cape Cod Meoldy Tent in Hyannis.
Advanced tickets are only $12 (that's $1 per chowder?!?!) for adults ($17 day of) and $5 for children under the age of 10 -- so the whole family can load up on this local delicacy for far less than the cost of those pricey local lobster!
