30-day challenge weekend 1 lightness of being

Bonus legs and butt. Lightness of being is how you should be feeling, lighter on the sweating the calories off, never. The goal is to work the 30-day challenge with Lisa Marie and Charlie during the week, Monday through Friday, and the weekends Zuzana will in charge once more for those of you who have been missing her. If you have male friends that would like to join up, or for you men out there also doing the challenge keep it up, this workout is not just for women.

Pump you up

Some people fear using weight because they do not wish to become bulky, but at the rate you are working this challenge bulk is not going to be an issue. The idea is to find those muscles under neat your cellulite and cake, and define your figure be it male or female.

The weekends are not days off

You will have days come up where you may not be able to squeeze in your workout, taking days off on purpose is not necessary and will break the chain of action repetition.
