Shape and tone the backside. Welcome to Friday, and excellent job for making it through the second week of the 30-day challenge. So far there hasn’t been much talk about working the buttocks specifically, but you know you have been using it thoroughly. The buttocks are the largest muscle of your body; gluteus maximus, gluteus medius and the glueteus minimus, with an all important job of pulling the leg up and moving it forward.
Your backside serves you in support and in all of your movements
A toned bum increases your endurance and stamina and you are less likely to suffer from exhaustion when it’s in shape. When it’s fit you feel lighter and more agile, praise the Lord. When you’re down and feel like you are “dragon ass” it’s because you literally are.
Tight ass, tight confidence
Not that you won’t have the giggle in your walk when you move with toned butt muscles, but a whole lot of jelly in your peanut butter makes for one messy-ass sandwich. It was said yesterday that the squat burns the most calories per rep and now you know why, you are working the mother lode of them all. You will notice improvements in your stomach (flatter) and hips. You will burn more calories today. One more thing, if you are prone to experience back pain this will be the strength you need.
Today is a two-part session
Lisa Maris is on first and Sean will be bringing up the rear. I’m trying not to make any “baby’s got back jokes.” If you’ve got the song on hand now’s a good time to put it on the spinner. Lets’ go work it out and give it some lift.
Lisa Maries Facebook page says, “Sandbag is on sale, 10% off,” go shopping. Code: BODYROCK.
Drink lots of water. Zuzana is back tomorrow. (see video)
Namaste, now push it real good.
