Welcome to the 30-day challenge. Applaud yourself for showing up to day one. This week’s dietary challenge is to completely stop eating junk food, cakes, donuts, whatever you eat as you are driving, that bit of extra you always nibble on in the office, get rid of it.
Stay really strong this week
Get rid of it if it’s in your cabinet or fridge or give it away. Stop buying all that bad food with no nutritional value and stop going through the fast food drive through until you are strong enough to make wise choices for your body. That will not be this week yet. Some of you work really stressful jobs and that take all of your energy but it can be done. You will feel better for it and get a good night’s rest and have more energy.
If you want to reward yourself for a job well done don’t use food
Buy some nice clothing you’ve always wanted at the end of the first week, anything but food. No chocolate, no ice cream. Nada. When you make it through this week it and doing your exercises you will notice more of a difference in the way you feel and the way your clothes feel on you.

1. What’s the only thing you are allowed to eat, and as much as you want, if you really must eat something in between meals.
2. Beverages, what are you allowed to drink.
3. What if the munchies start taking over, what can you do. Do this before you eat meals too.
