Any brand will do but the best way to find relief with Epsom salts is to use them consistently in a row. Run a warm to hot bath, not scalding to harm your skin, but the warmer the better, and add 1 cup of Epsom salts to the running water to insure the salts dissolve. Lay a board across the width of the tub, a tea light candle, grab some juice or water, a good book or magazine and relax and let your muscles unwind. Twenty minutes to an hour is plenty of time, or even until the water cools down again. At this point you can bathe as usual and shampoo too, or hop out and towel off, and you are good to go. You can apply some lotion at this time.
