Welcome back to week two. The best time to exercise is in the morning before you eat breakfast. Why? Because you burn more fat calories and you have boosted your metabolism. The main reason is you are less prone to be tempted to overeat because mentally you have done your workout for the day. Of course the fact that you are making fitness a regular part of your day counts most of all no matter when you are doing it.
Triggers
The reality is the body has it’s own internal clock in which the hormones and temperature fluctuate. Tuning in to that internal clock helps you to optimize your body schedule to burn calories and feel and perform your best.
Pain tolerance increases in the morning
That’s god because it gives you less excuses. Your endorphins are on a “natural high” and this invokes metal acuity, memory and reasoning, bonus.
Working out first thing in the morning
When you are making fitness your priority then there is less a chance of things coming up in your day to get in the way of your fitness and well-being. Making yourself the priority and taking the time before your day takes over takes some doing to break in your new schedule, which is probably used to putting your health in last place especially when you have a family to take care of.
You look marvelous. You are kicking ass mentally, physically and spiritually by staying in the challenge. Sean is your fitness host of the video day. He’s not has smooth and beautiful, but he’s sculpted and gets the point across. Lisa Marie is back on for tomorrow. Tally-ho. (see video)
