Did you know that anxiety has a lot to do with eating disorders, the skinny and the overweight

Most of the time someone who has anxiety issues doesn’t even know it until they start showing symptoms such anxiety or panic attacks. You may have eating issues and not realize they have to do with anxiety and you just might call yourself an emotional eater, eating only in ties of duress or depression. When you approach friends and family with such issues they may just tell you to be brave and “suck it up.” It’s not so easy.

It’s true, anxiety is triggered by emotional issues

Anxiety stems from emotional issues you avoid or put off or are so good at hiding them from others you are very good at even hiding them from yourself. Just like hidden stress in the body comes out in aches and pains with no apparent physical cause, anxiety can arise in the body and your diet and a symptom of things going on in your life you need to accept, acknowledge and do something about.

A solid house can’t be built from the roof down

Understanding your anxiety and it’s probable causes is crucial to your health and well-being. It grounds you by providing you with a stable ground to build your solid health and well-being on. A healthy diet, and simplifying your life and instilling tranquility time and time for exercise and living your life as you woul have it for you and not the life others would have you living, will do a universe of good instilling well-being and tossing anxiety out the window.
