Today is the first day of the second half of the challenge. You made it through the first half, and through the booty challenge, bonus. Many people skip exercises for the bum thinking it will only make it bigger or they already have one why bother. This couldn’t be further from the truth. If you have a flat back side you will develop one because you are gaining muscle tone. If you are large from over eating in that area you will slim down. At any rate the booty challenge weekend was excellent for getting over the hump of the 30-days, and if you found yourself at a plateau it should have helped push you back over the edge to losing weight again.
Raw attack
Developing your chest will make your hips appear smaller while you are on the road to losing weight. Sean is on first for your workout. His variations are great at getting the job done with less work and easy recovery. Nothing fancy, nothing cute, just simple and effective.
Everyone can benefit from toned pecs
A chest workout requires focus. Dips also develop your lower chest and fine tunes your physique. Amps up your power and strength. You don’t always get what you wish for, you get what you work for. Doing chin-ups or pull-ups are also great for getting the pecs in shape. Women if you are drooping or spilling out the sides of your bra or anyone if your suffer from bat wings today is your day.
Some older challengers have written in and fear getting too muscular
Using the sandbag or the hand weights is for beginners. In order to develop more muscle definition requires lifting some serious weight and more serious weight training which isn’t going on here. While you may gain definition and notice your muscle tone defining your arms, legs and abs and back you will not pump up. The weight is used to boost your calorie loss and to give your bones density. If you’ve never had muscles before you will surely notice them depending on your weight when you started and how committed you are to eating the right foods.
