30-day challenge day 15 interval fitness

Interval fitness burns more fat and increases fitness and shoots down boredom. During interval training for people in their twenties, sedentary and even the football player, you will burn 36% more calories than you will with continuous moderate activity. Your cardiovascular health increases by 13% when doing interval training. Athletes and fitness enthusiasts have long used interval training because it burns more calories even during low intensity workouts.

Greater fitness and overall weight loss

The idea is to mix interval training to your workouts a couple of times a week. Most people find it difficult to fit in hours of workout training during the week, but activity broken up into short bursts (90 minutes) is more effective (than five hours) when you have been inactive for a long time according to research from the University of Birmingham’s professor Anton Wagenmakers and Liverpool John Moores University published in The Journal of Physiology February 1st.

That’s great news to hear for 30-day challengers because that is just the way the challenge is being done. It’s an ideal alternative to long boring cycling bouts at the gym and give inactive adults, teens and children a boost in moral and hope that getting fit is possible and can be done with weight loss programs such as this. Jolly good.
