Two reasons you already look better. You believe it and you’re doing it. You never knew you could do it until you got pushed. “You never regret it when you do it, but you always regret it when you don’t.” You are so inspired and dedicated. Once you control your mind you can conquer your body. Complaining won’t burn calories.
Look better naked
Deadlifting, stop wishing and start doing. There’s no such thing as a bad workout, except the one that didn’t happen. To build a stronger core you have to use resistance, use weights. If you look good naked you are ready for shorts and summer dresses. Don’t skip squats, they burn more calories per reps than any other exercise. If you’re struggling, you are progressing.
