Ive decided to start the challenge 1/3/11. Cant wait (I think)...
I asked my husband if he would be willing to assist me during this 30 day challenge and I got "the look". So many definitions to this look but the one I saw and read was "sure, I will, but you wont stick to it". I know he would never really say this, but now I HAVE to stick to this...

Well, it went well for one day, and then I got sick. Was home in bed, but now all better. My son asked me Saturday not to quit my challenge. I told him I wasnt, I had just been sick. Well, he made me get up and play a dance video game with him for 30 minutes. Since we were snowed in, we also did this Sunday. I am soo out of shape! This was such a workout. Its great having him pushing me to keep going. Thirty minutes is alot compared to zero...
Great job!! Great idea playing the dancing game. Take it one day at a time. The minutes add up.
The 30 minute 30 day challenge seems suitable for many individuals who deal with everyday life of work, bills, families, and etc. According to the PA guidelines, an adult should at least exercise 150 minutes per week, which is thirty minutes a day for five days of moderate activity. This challenge is a great start for people who are always on the go or even just simply lazy.
