Do you already have an influx of holiday cards in your mailbox? It is enjoyable to receive holiday cards from all of your friends and family to bring everyone closer during this time. But once the holidays are over you are left with a huge pile of cards that you feel bad about simply recycling. So here are the three best ideas to make use of those holiday cards and feel good about it.

1. Donate them! Yes organizations such as St. Jude's Ranch for Children upcycles used cards to support their programs for abused, neglected and homeless children, young adults and families. So grab an envelope and send them off!

2. Create gift tags. Cut up the decorative front cover into a holiday shape and utilize the back to write a message on your gifts!

3. Craft time with your family. Cut up your holiday cards and add them into your family scrapbook. Make those memories easier to hold onto and easier to look through by decorating a few pages of your scrapbook with them.

Enjoy the holiday season and enjoy your holiday cards!
