If you're looking to score a touchdown with your guests at your Super Bowl party, make sure you have plenty of food to eat. Aside from actually watching the football game, the commercials and the food are right up there in popularity during the Super Bowl.
- 1 pound of processed cheese, like Velveeta
- 2-3 TBSP chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1 jar salsa
Mix together all ingredients and melt in a saucepan or in the microwave, stirring frequently to prevent burning. The chicken broth helps to keep the Queso from getting too thick. This quick recipe is great with tortilla chips or as a topping for quesadillas.
