3 missing teens found: Jewish teens abducted found dead in shallow grave

3 missing teens were found dead in the West Bank on Monday night in a shallow grave. The death of these Jewish teenagers resulted in Israel to vow retribution against Hamas, according to a June 30 report by NBC News. All 3 were buried just north of Hebron in an open field.

FOX News updates the report by saying that all 3 of the teens will be buried together. Ceremonies for them took place at their family homes. A joint funeral Tuesday was held for Eyal Yifrah, 19, Gilad Shaar, 16, and Naftali Fraenkel, a 16-year-old who had dual Israeli-American citizenship.

Defense Minister Moshe Yaalon spoke at the ceremony for Yifrah in Elad. He said the young men were "murdered just because they were Jewish."

Gilad's younger sister, Shirel Shaar, said this about her brother:

"Recently, the people of Israel went through a great trauma. We are living as if we are in a movie, whose ending is as bad as can be. I don't have a brother anymore."

Finance Minister Yair Lapid added:

"We are burying a child today, a child who could have been the child of any one of us."

Israel says two well-known Hamas operatives from Hebron are suspects in the teens' deaths -- Amer Abu Aisheh, 33, a locksmith, and Marwan Qawasmeh, 29, a barber. They haven't been seen since the young men disappeared. A search by military officials will continue.

This is what Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said after the 3 missing teens were found Monday:

"[The teens] were kidnapped and murdered in cold blood by animals. In the name of the whole of Israel, I ask to tell the dear families -- to the mothers, the fathers, the grandmothers and the grandfathers, the brothers and sisters -- our hearts are bleeding, the whole nation is crying with them."

It's believed that the young men were shot soon after they were abducted. Netanyahu says Hamas is responsible and they will pay.

Israeli forces reportedly searched more than 1,000 sites for the missing teenagers and looked at several Hamas and Islamic Jihad suspects. Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri says he thinks Israel is blaming them for the men who went missing as a "pretext for aggression." He says no "Palestinian group, Hamas, or any other group is responsible for has taken responsibility for the action."

After the 3 missing teens were found, and the ceremonies were held, the Israel Air Force launched an airstrike against 34 targets in the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip. It was a response to rocket attacks against Israel's southern communities.
