2Pac: 15 years later (Pictures, Video)

While it may be hard to fathom, Tupac Shakur died 15 years ago today, following a deadly drive-by shooting in Las Vegas.  There’s no need to get into the gritty details, dust off archived interviews or comb through the Internet for conspiracy theories.

Suffice it to say, 2Pac’s genius is still missed.

Story: On Tupac's birthday, the rapper's legacy looms larger in death than in life

15 years later, Tupac’s presence is everywhere.  I still continue to hear people bumping ‘Pac tracks in their car.  I still see Tupac t-shirts.  And come 2012, NStar Studios will produce and distribute “Live 2 Tell,” a movie based on a screenplay 2Pac wrote while sitting in a jail cell.
