2K Sports revealed the first 62 characters in its upcoming “WWE 2K15” video game during a live presentation in Los Angeles yesterday and on the game's official web site.

Consisting of virtually every current superstar in the company, the roster for the game even includes the “departed” CM Punk, as well as the recently retired Santino Marella and fired Alberto Del Rio. However, not one NXT star made the cut. Even the brand's current champion, Adrian Neville, fan favorite Sami Zayn and former NXT Champion, as well as current WWE superstar Bo Dallas were left off the roster. Former NXT Women’s Champion and former Divas Champion Paige was not on the roster either.

In terms of WWE Legends, Sting and Hulk Hogan were already announced prior, but Kevin Nash, Ric Flair, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Ric Flair, The Rock and Shawn Michaels have been confirmed as a part of the game’s roster.

2K did say however that the roster revealed on Saturday was not the full compilation of characters for the game and that superstars and divas could be added and removed from the list.

While the reception thus far of the list has been positive, Attack of the Fan Boy’s Dean James was not too impressed at the lack of gameplay footage.

“Rather than showing off the wrestlers during the reveal in the game as many expected, we have merely been getting an image of the wrestlers from real life. At least a render of each was expected in image form, but this just seemed very disappointing for those dying to get glimpses of the new game. I’m sure we will get a trailer of some sort before the panel is over, but it is incredibly disappointing not to at least get renders of all of the wrestlers in the roster as they are revealed.”

Here’s the entire list of characters:
