2houses, founded by Gill Ruidant in 2011, is a web platform that was designed with divorced parents in mind. This application makes communication and organization easier for both parents and children.
When Ruidant went through a separation in 2004, he searched for an application online that would help him, his son, and his ex-partner stay in touch and keep track of their custody arrangements. Realizing the tools available at the time wasn't what he was looking for or tailored for divorced parents; Gill created his own platform, two years later.
Separated or divorced parents can now interact on the go about their child's activities, school or sporting schedules or spontaneous events that may occur. 2houses's user friendly features are now available with a single touch of a finger to launch the application. Features include:
Calendar: You will always know who has custody of the children. You can add events. A custody change request system is included for easier communication.
Finance: Each parent can keep track of expenses so finances stay balanced.
Notifications: Receive schedule changes directly by Push Notifications, by SMS or by e-mail. Configure these settings as you wish; 2houses doesn’t want to be intrusive.
If you don't own an IPhone don't worry. 2houses's web base, co-parenting facilitator App is also available on Chrome and Facebook.
