Fox announced earlier this week that Jack Bauer will be returning to television on May 5 for a two hour special and then the next week it will settle into it's 9:00 pm EST time slot in the new series "24:Live Another Day".

Keifer Sutherland will return as Jack Bauer and Kim Raver is set to reprise the role of Audrey Raines, Jack Bauer's lover. It is said that this 12 episode season will focus on the romantic relationship between the two. It is once again set in a 24 hour format like the previous series.

When last seen Audrey was being held by her Chinese captors and in a vegetative set.

This show is set in London, where Jack is set to fight terrorists once again but this time he is a fugitive from justice.

Benjamin Bratt will play the part of the Head of the CIA department that is looking to capture Jack in this next series.

And Yvonne Strahovski, who played CIA agent in "Chuck" will be playing the same type of character in "24:LAD" as Kate Morgan. Kate is described as “brilliant but impulsive CIA field operative in London.”

It looks like "24: Live Another Day" has a strong cast with both the original cast and a few other strong actors that could really help make this show a hit again.

What do you think? Will this return be as great as the original?
