The series finale of "24" brought in about nine million viewers on Monday night, and now of course we have the opportunity to look back, reflect, and wonder what's happening next.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, executive producer Howard Gordon had this to say about the final year:
"I am proud of the whole season. Every year has become increasingly challenging to do and so getting through it gave me a tremendous feeling of accomplishment. I would say my favorite moment was the last moment. That was the moment I felt the most pressure. It’s an exercise I go through at the end of every year: Who do you want to see, and then how do you figure out a story with the people you want to see? In this case — of course — it was Chloe, Taylor, and Jack."
As for the upcoming "24" movie, Gordon also shared his thoughts: he proclaimed that the movie would not be a prequel of any sort, and that there is already one draft written (though that doesn't really mean it will come out anytime in the future).

I don't care how many 24 movies you make, as long as chloe is in them she and jack make up the series, and I already miss the series. Bring it on.
Jack is the best! Chloe has got to be my 3rd favourite character in the entire series. I really want to see Carlos Bernard back as Tony Almeida maybe somehow he escapes to Europe!
I'd be interested in What Tony Almeida has been up to. May be and Jack could team up to take down Russia and gain back the US's trust. Chloe could also come back into play. I'd be fine with that.
Other characters to bring back: Cole Ortiz and Chase Edmunds! Talk about a cool team! Possibly have Chloe and Morris as a team back as well.
I miss 24 already. I hope that a Movie comes out with Jack and Chloe in the starring roles. Jack escapes to LA, finds his daughter, then they start a new life in Italy. There, Jack sees the treachory of the Italian Mafia and can't resist getting involved. Of course he summons his x war buddy and Chloe, then builds up a cache of weaponry. In the interim, his daughhter gets kidnapped by the Mafia, and that is just the beginning. Chloe find her using her Computer skills and sends a CTU crew to help Jack.
