Beachbody, the leader in at-home workout videos and nutrition, has done it again. In just four days, Beachbody will launch the “21 Day Fix,” it’s latest workout program.

The 21 Day Fix targets those who want to lose weight, tone up and get in shape but do not have a lot of time and are tired of counting calories, points and weighing food. This program takes the guess work out of the nutrition planning with a simple, yet effective, food container system that comes with each program.

Along with the roll out of the 21 Day Fix, Beachbody will be introducing Autumn Calabrese to it’s line up of celebrity trainers.

Autumn is no stranger to fitness. She holds a training certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA). Her work with simple portion control nutrition training and guidance has garnered her great attention in the fitness community.

The 21 Day Fix contains just about everything needed to complete this workout program. There are 7 workouts, 30 minutes each, on 2 DVD’s that give you a complete body workout aim to burn fat and increase your metabolism. Light dumbbells or resistance bands are recommended, but not required.

Calorie counting is not used in the 21 Day Fix. Beachbody states, “The program uses a 7 color-coded portion-control containers and a Shakeology Shaker Cup. “ No weighing, measuring; or counting calories, carbs or points.

According to Beachbody, “If it fits in the container, you can eat it…you’ll lose weight…no food is off limits.”
An accompanied Eating Plan makes the nutrition simple and easy to follow. This is especially advantageous for people on the go, such as taking meals to work.

The workouts are simple in structure, but aggressive on fat loss and conditioning. Each workout is 30 minutes, with little rest. The premise is to get your heart rate elevated to the fat burning zone, and keep it there, even when the workout is over. Because of the design of the program, beginners and advanced fitness enthusiast will benefit from the 21 Day Fix.

Beachbody will offer the 21 Day Fix through several packages and price points. The base kit is expected to be released at $59.85, making it one of the lowest cost workout programs offered by Beachbody.

The popular Challenge Pack will have a regular price point of $160.00, but offered at a discount of $140.00 during the February roll-out. The Challenge Pack is Beachbody’s premier deal with the deepest discount. The $140.00 price point is the lowest price ever offerd by Beachbody.

The Challenge Pack includes a 1 month supply of Shakeology and FREE access to the Club Membership for 30 days. The purchase of a Challenge Pack with also gain you access into a private Challenge Group, if offered by your Team Beachbody Coach.

Beachbody will also offer an “Ultimate Upgrade” for $119.95, which includes a pro-grade resistance bands, 2 extra workouts, tote bad, two extra workouts and 1 large on-the-go container.

Beachbody will offer extra set of containers for $17.85 to regular members. There is an additional discount for Club Members and Coaches.

Teat group participants lost an average of 10lbs in just 21 days, while some lost up to 15lbs. More dramatic weight loss was reported with repeated use.
