21 and Over is the product of a lifetime of innocence and just generally doing what you're supposed to do and the desire to splurge, go absolutely nuts, lose your mind, can't remember what you last put/saw it, maybe, it's on the night stand, but who knows, kind of film.
Jeff Chang is an honor student. It's his 21st birthday. Best bro's Casey and Miller want him to celebrate this special day in a throw-up, throw down, kind of way.
That's probably okay if no one goes to jail or there are any felonies to leave behind.
However, Chang has a medical school interview the next morning. That's right. The very next day. As an added bonus, the interview is scheduled early in the a.m.
So, what does he do?
Well, you know. You've seen the trailers. Aye que no que me!
