Horse training clinicians and entertainers hoping to participate in the 2015 Midwest Horse Fair must submit proposals immediately. Applications are due Tuesday, September 2, for these headliner spots in the popular Madison equestrian expo. Lecturer and workshop presenter proposals are also due at this time.
The 2015 Midwest Horse Fair, themed “Galloping into the Future,” takes place April 17 to 19 at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin. This will mark the first year in the soon-to-be-unveiled, 290,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art New Holland Pavilions at the Dane County location.

The updated Alliant Energy Center facility reopens this fall, just in time for the World Dairy Expo, which runs from September 30 through October 4.
What is needed for a clinician/entertainer application?
Proposals must include contact information, proposed topic and title, presentation style, professional credentials and references, a video or a clinic or performance, and on-site requirements.
Clinician, entertainer, lecturer, and presenter proposals may be mailed to: Midwest Horse Fair, P.O. Box 128, Columbus, Wisconsin, 53925. Electronic submissions may be emailed to Kathy.Freidel@MidwestHorseFair.com. Each entrant may expect to receive a confirmation email within one business day.
Breed and discipline demonstration and Stallion Avenue participant applications will be due later.
No 2015 entries have yet been disclosed for the 2015 Midwest Horse Fair, as of the time of publication, although announcements are expected to begin rolling out soon.
Midwest Horse Fair general admission ticket sales are scheduled to open on October 1, 2014. Tickets for the special evening performances at the event will become available at a subsequent date.
