According to the Calgary Roughnecks website, the Roughnecks will play an 18 game schedule with their first game at home against the Vancouver Stealth on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at the Scotiabank Saddledome. The Roughnecks will play the Stealth and Edmonton Rush four times each and the Colorado Mammoth three times. They will also play home to the East Division opponents Buffalo Bandits, Rochester Knighthawks, the new Connecticut franchise (moved from Philadelphia with a team name to be announced), and the Toronto Rock and will travel to Minnesota, Toronto and Rochester.

The Roughnecks will be playing their three final games on the road starting April 11 in Edmonton and finishing May 2 in Vancouver. They will also have three consecutive games at home against East Division opponents. The Rochester Knighthawks, the three-time defending Champion's Cup champions will come to Calgary on March 14, Connecticut will come to Calgary on March 20 and Toronto will come to Calgary on March 28.

The Knighthawks/Roughnecks game at the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary on March 14 will be an interesting one not only because the Knighthawks are the National Lacrosse League champions, but because the Knighthawks beat the Roughnecks to win the 2014 Champion's Cup. The Roughnecks will be trying to win their first Champion's Cup since 2009. Calgary has also won the National Lacrosse League championship in 2004.
