Hundreds of guests packed into the gym filling up two parking lots to celebrate the joy of our common humanity with a festive occasion of multiple proportions.

"This is truly one of the best festivals in the Kansas City area," said one of the Israeli performers. "It seems to be growing every year."

Several of the performance groups brought members of the crowd to the stage to enjoy and participate in ethnic dancing. The Children's Corner had a ten foot line waiting for anxious youngsters to participate in crafts.

Jared Hill, Intercultural Division of the college staff member and WYCO Ethnic Group committee member, said that throughout the entire day many people were asking when is next year's festival. Plans have already been arranged for April 11, 2015.
