At the 2014 Sochi Olympic Games, the women’s ice hockey tournament is scheduled to begin on February 8 and conclude on February 20. The games are scheduled to take place at two venues: the Bolshoy Ice Dome and Shayba Arena.

All times listed are local Sochi times. You can find the full men's ice hockey tournament schedule here. Please note that both the men's and the women's ice hockey tournaments are conducted within the same time period.

The U.S. women's team will be lead by 31-year-old forward and captain Julie Chu, who is one of only two female members of the 2014 U.S. Olympic team to have won three Olympic medals. Chu was a member of the 2002 Olympic team that won silver, the 2006 Olympic team that won bronze, and the 2010 Olympic team that won silver. (The only other female 2014 Olympian to win three medals is skier Julia Mancuso.)
