2014 Winter Olympics: USA's Kate Hansen sees wolf in her hotel hall in Sochi

The 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi have not been without their issues, but the #Sochiproblems just keep on piling up. On Feb. 20, 2014, the NY Daily News reported that Olympic luger, and United States athlete, Kate Hansen posted video online of a wolf (or large dog) walking through the hallway of the hotel she is staying at in Sochi.

This wolf was wandering the halls of a Sochi hotel.

Yes, a wolf.

Hansen posted the video to Twitter with the following caption for her some 20,000 followers:

"Wolf in my hall?!? #Sochiproblems #SochiFail"

The description of the video has Hansen saying that she is "pretty sure this is a wolf wandering my hall in Sochi."

Now, it may not be a wolf and could very well just be a large dog such as a husky or some such other breed. Lots of stories have come about from these Sochi Games about the large number of strays in the area.

A number of Olympic athletes have been adopting some of the strays while others have made it their goal to find homes for as many of them as possible. This is in large part to the Sochi officials that wanted to simply euthanize the strays to get rid of them.
