The Olympics Opening Ceremony came to a close on Friday allowing the athletes to focus on the 2014 Winter Games. The viewers in America are now focusing on the upcoming schedule for Saturday, February 8 and there are plenty of sports slated to watch. For Team USA fans there is more Olympic team figure skating with the ice dancing and the women's short program scheduled. If there is a need to catch some air on the slopes then watching the men's snowboarding competition might be perfect. Yet, we would be remiss if we didn't point out that the first hockey game of Team USA was happening on Saturday. According to the Christian Post on Friday, the Women’s hockey team will hit the ice when United States plays against Finland. Live coverage begins at 3am.

Some of the highlights of the day will include handing out Olympic medals for the Men's Slopestyle and the Men's 5000m speed skating competition to winners. Offering a look at the competition and giving fans a chance to cheer on their favorite athletes, the competition will start in high gear on Saturday and offers some fierce rivalry.

All sporting action is being broadcast on the live stream from NBCOlympics.com too. This website allows viewers to watch Olympic sports live using a computer.
