Jeff Gordon will start on the pole for Sunday’s Cheez-It 355 at The Glen for the Sprint Cup Series, while Brad Keselowski earned the pole for Saturday’s Zippo 200 at The Glen Nationwide Series race.
Gordon, who has four wins at Watkins Glen International, won the pole with a speed of 129.466 mph (68.126 seconds). Marcos Ambrose will start on the outside pole with a speed of 129.138 mph (68.299 seconds) in the final round of knock-out qualifying.
Jimmie Johnson (128.968 mph/68.369 seconds) and Kevin Harvick (128.859 mph/68.447 seconds) make up Row Two, with Kurt Busch (128.816 mph/68.470 seconds) and AJ Allmendinger (128.701 mph/68.531 seconds) on Row Three. Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Matt Kenseth make up Row Four, followed by Keselowski and Ryan Newman in Row Five and Joey Logano and Brian Vickers in Row Six.

Keselowski and Logano make up the all-Team Penske front row for the Nationwide Series Zippo 200 at The Glen on Saturday. Keselowski took the pole with a speed of 124.194 mph (71.018 seconds), with Logano on the outside pole at 124.056 mph (71.097 seconds).
Kyle Busch (123.729 mph/71.285 seconds) and Ambrose (123.673 mph/71.317 seconds) make up Row Two, with Regan Smith (123.453 mph/71.444 seconds) and Paul Menard (123.315 mph/71.524 seconds) on Row Three. Brian Scott, Ty Dillon, Brendan Gaughan, Kenseth, Dylan Kwasniewski and Chris Buescher round out the top 12.
