David Beckham, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Carmen Electra, The Muppets, U2 and even Terry Crews all are going to be seen very soon during the 2014 Super Bowl. The commercials are all different, but the big stars have everyone sneaking a peek at the release of every Super Bowl suggestion, even if it is a teaser. According to Sporting News on Thursday another big name was added to the list of stars as Danica Patrick released her 13th Super Bowl ad for GoDaddy.
Hollywood’s top entertainers are getting paid big bucks to be part of the ad blitz that will be seen on February 2. From Arnold Schwarzenegger dressing up in white shorts and a wig to David Beckham promising to take all his clothes off, the ads are diverse and unique. Offering a reason to tune into the big game, the stars are willing to make fun of themselves or offer something for the fans to appreciate.
So how are the 2014 Super Bowl commercials different than in years past? This year it appears that the stars are driving the interest in the ads instead of the products. With stars like Jerry Seinfeld and William Shatner being rumored in some surprises on game day, the commercials might be more memorable than the game itself.
