The 2014 NCAA basketball live stream and TV schedule for March 5 has several marquee match-ups including the Rutgers Scarlet Knights vs. the Connecticut Huskies. UCONN finishing the regular season on a strong note. Winners of 8 of their last 10 games the Huskies could be a team to keep your eye on when the March Madness Tournament begins in two weeks. Tonight UCONN stud and future NBA star Shabazz Napier will try to keep the Huskies winning ways going vs. Rutgers. This key televised and live stream NCAA basketball game will be worth watching even if you aren't a fan of either team just to see Napier play.

According to a Sportsline report on March 5, Napier tasted success early on by helping lead Connecticut to an NCAA title in his Freshman year. However after that, the team hit some major academic sanctions problems and many players transfered. Add to that coach Jim Calhoun retired just before the start of Napier's junior year and you would think that Shabazz should have chosen the NBA over returning to college.

Napier stuck it out and now he is hoping to lead his UCONN back to an NCAA title one more time.

''It's just how life is,'' Napier said Tuesday. ''You go through a lot of obstacles in life to get where you want to be. To be successful, everybody thinks the path is just straight ahead. There's a lot of obstacles. There's a lot of rivers, a lot of mountains you have to pass.''

Napier along with fellow seniors Niels Giffey and Tyler Olander and graduate student Lasan Kromah will be honored before the tip off of tonight's game, so you know the crowd will be electric.

Las Vegas odds makers have UCONN as a 15 point favorite in tonight's game with the over/under number set at 138.

Fans can catch all the action beginning at 7:00 p.m. EST on ESPNU or streaming live online through WatchESPN.
