Joe Gibbs Racing driver Denny Hamlin will start fourth Saturday night in the Quaker State 400 at Kentucky Speedway. The driver of the No. 11 FedEx Office Toyota Camry put down a lap of 186.374 mph (28.974 seconds) during the final round of knockout qualifying Friday afternoon.
Matt Kenseth, in the No. 20 Dollar General Toyota for JGR, qualified 14th with a speed of 185.714 mph (29.077 seconds), while Kyle Busch qualified 18th in the No. 18 M&Ms Toyota with a speed of 185.052 mph (29.181 seconds).
Brad Keselowski will start on pole after his lap of 188.791 mph (28.603 seconds), with his Team Penske teammate Joey Logano starting on the outside pole after a lap of 187.175 mph (28.850 seconds). Jeff Gordon joins Hamlin on the second row, with Kevin Harvick and Kyle Larson making up Row Three.
