Proven Winners annuals are some of the top plants on the market, always giving gardeners new introductions to wow their friends and neighbors with. Here are a few of the new introductions for the 2014 gardening season.

Surefire Red and Rose Begonias – if you’re still looking for shade replacements for impatiens, look at these unique, large begonia plants – they’ll grow to about two-feet tall and nearly as wide. The flowers are equally large and lush, and the plants will also work well in the shade.

Superbells Pomegranate Punch and Spicy – these new calibrachoa colors will liven up a container, where they work best due to their need for excellent drainage. Spicy features yellows and oranges, while the velvety Pomegranate Punch is a deep red wine color with black and yellow centers.

Supertunia White and Flamingo – bright white and salmon pink blooms will be beautiful in both containers and in the garden.
