The 2014 NHL playoffs live stream and TV coverage continues Wednesday with three games on the schedule including Game 7 between the Colorado Avalanche and the Minnesota Wild. There is nothing like a Game 7 in sports and tonight the NHL will have three of them! yes, tonight's NHL live stream games are huge for all 6 teams involved.

According to Sportsline on April 30, the Minnesota Wild may have been the better team so far in their first round best-of-seven series vs. the Avalanche, but third period collapses have hurt the Wild. None of that matters now though. All that matters is tonight's game, as the winner will move on to Round 2 and the loser will be done for the season. If history of this series has anything to say about the outcome it will be Colorado advancing tonight.

Every game so far in this first round match-up has been won by the home team. If the Wild are going to pull off the upset tonight, they are going to need to play strong for the entire 60 minutes. Twice Minnesota let up late third period goals that allowed Colorado to tie the game. Both times the Wild ended up losing.

No one knows how big Game 7 can be more than Colorado's head coach Patrick Roy. Roy played in 13 deciding game sevens in his great career, and the one thing he is trying to install in his team is not to be nervous. Actually Roy wants them to enjoy this game more than any other game they played this season. That may be easier said than done! Either way, Roy is loving this moment.

''How good is this?'' Roy said. ''They're excited about it and they should be. ... We're playing Game 7 in our building, in front of our fans.''

Lss Vegas odds makers have Colorado as the favorite at -145 and the over/under number set at 5. Besides the final score of 5-2 in Game 6, every game has been a nail biter. It would almost seem fitting if Game 7 went to overtime!

Fans can catch all the action for this huge Game 7 on CNBC nationally and streaming live online through NBC Sports Extra starting at 9 p.m. ET. Who do you think will win Game 7 and advance to the Western Conference semi-finals round, Colorado or Minnesota?
