The 2014 NHL playoffs live stream and TV coverage continues Monday with an NHL double-header featuring a must win Game 6 for the Montreal Canadiens when they hit the home ice against the Boston Bruins. With the series tied at 2 games each, the Bruins out muscled Montreal in Game 5 by the final score of 4-2, taking a 3-2 series lead in the best-of-seven Eastern Conference semi-final match-up. Monday's NHL live streaming action also features the LA Kings taking on Anaheim in a key Game 5.

According to a Sportsline report on May 12, Boston snapped an ugly 0-for-39 postseason power-play drought against Montreal when Reilly Smith and Jarome Iginla scored on back-to-back power play chances to help lead the Bruins to a 4-2 win on Saturday night. Now the two Original 6 teams will head back to Montreal for Game 6 as Boston looks to close out the series, while the Canadiens look to extend the series to a Game 7.

The Bruins know that Montreal will be ready for the challenge. Kevan Miller is excited about Boston's chance to close out this series, yet he knows it won't be an easy task.

''It's going to be awesome,'' Bruins defenseman Kevan Miller said, looking ahead to Game 6 in Montreal on Monday night. ''This is the biggest game -the hardest one to win. So, we need to be ready.''

Both of these teams have played a great series so far, and it almost seems like it would be justified if Montreal wins tonight and sets up a winner take all Game 7 Wednesday. Unfortunately only one of these teams will move on, while the other will be finished for the season.

Las Vegas odds makers have the Bruins as a slight favorite in tonight's game at -135 with the over/under number set at 5. Fans can catch this game on NBC Sports Network nationally and streaming live online through NBC Sports Extra starting at 7:30 p.m. ET. Will the Bruins finish off the Canadiens tonight or will Montreal force a winner take all Game 7 back in Boston Wednesday night?
