The 2014 NCAA Tournament live stream and TV schedule will be front and center tonight with four big games on the schedule including the Baylor Bears taking on the Wisconsin Badgers. Although these two teams aren't always in the limelight, they both have the talent to win this year's NCAA Championship. They don't get the publicity of say a Syracuse, Kansas or Ohio State but tonight they may be one of the best NCAA live streaming games on the schedule.

According to a Sportsline report on March 27, Baylor and Wisconsin have never met on the hardwood, so there is no game film to study or strategies being drawn up from previous games. However when it comes to Sweet 16 experience, both of these teams have it. Badgers coach Bo Ryan knows that playing in the tough Big Ten conference that you always have to be ready for your opponents' best - no matter what their record or weaknesses are.

''You have to probe,'' Ryan said. ''But I've seen the way they're playing it. Attacking it and getting people to move a certain direction, and using your angles and misdirection and different things that good zone offensive teams use, we're going to have to put all those together.''

Wisconsin has now reached the Sweet 16 for the third time in four years, while Baylor has made it to the round of 16 three times in the last five seasons. That alone speaks volumes about these programs. Unfortunately only one of them will reach the Elite Eight while the other one will once again be finishing just short of a championship.

Las Vegas odds makers have Wisconsin listed as a 3 point favorite with the over/under number listed at 135.

This game should be a barn burner. Both of these teams are playing great ball right now, but the slight edge goes to Wisconsin. In the end Bo Ryan and the Badgers will move on to the Elite Eight.

Pick: Wisconsin -3
