The 2014 NBA playoffs live stream and TV coverage continues Tuesday with three games on the schedule including the Golden State Warriors taking on the Los Angeles Clippers. Tonight's schedule has the Wizards on the brink of eliminating the Bulls and OKC finding themselves in a key Game 5 with the Memphis Grizzlies. However all eyes will be on the Staples Center for tonight's featured NBA live stream game as the Clippers will hit the hardwood for the first time at home since their owners racist comments.
According to a Sportsline report on April 29, Clippers coach Doc Rivers reportedly declined a chance to speak with LA owner Donald Sterling, who is alleged to have made racist comments in a recorded conversation. Rivers is more concerned right now with his teams play on the court than meeting with Sterling, and who can blame him?
After getting thumped 118-97 in Game 4 Sunday afternoon, Rivers canceled practice Monday to give his team a chance to rest. Tonight's game is going to have enough off the court drama, and Rivers hopes a day off will get his team to focus back on the task at hand, a Game 5 win.
Golden State coach Mark Jackson has suggested Clippers fans should boycott Game 5. That would make a great statement for fans to show they won't put up with Sterling anymore. However on the other hand, the Clippers probably would like a full house cheering them on to victory.
Las Vegas odds makers have the Clippers listed as a 6 point favorite with the over/under number set at 209. The 6 point spread is one of the largest in this series so far. It will be interesting to see how the Clippers start off the game. Once they tip-off the players competitive edge should come out and the Clippers should play a lot better today than they did in Game 4.
Fans can catch this game on TNT nationally and streaming live online through TNT Overtime starting at 10:30 p.m. ET. Who do you think will win this key Game 5?
